5G roaming service is now available in Mainland China, and we will continue to expand the coverage to more destinations. Customers only need to meet the following conditions to experience 5G high speed data roaming.

• Activate roaming and IDD service
• Use 5G roaming compatible mobile phone and iOS/Android version (Please check with the relevant mobile phone suppliers)

Q: What are the charges for 5G roaming service?
A: There is no additional charge for 5G roaming service. If customer meets the above conditions, they can enjoy 5G roaming service at where available, data roaming charges will be charged based on the current standard roaming rates or applicable data roaming plans. Please note that 5G roaming service depends on the 5G network coverage of the local network provider. If there is no 5G network coverage, roaming service will be available through other network standards.

1. How does VoLTE Roaming Voice Service call be calculated? Will my roaming data be consumed when using VoLTE Roaming Voice Service?
   VoLTE Roaming Service calls will be calculated in minute and rounded up to the nearest minutes. VoLTE Roaming Service call will not be counted as your roaming data usage.
2. If I switch off data roaming in my handset, can VoLTE Roaming Voice Service still be used?
   Yes. Once you ensure the VoLTE option is turn on (Please check with the relevant mobile phone suppliers about the VoLTE function of the handset), you can make VoLTE Roaming Service call with data roaming turn off in your handset menu.
