2. How to link up MoneyBack App account in SUPREME App (Applicable to customers who are already MoneyBack App member)

Click “Copy MoneyBack App account number” to copy your MoneyBack App account in MoneyBack App, return to SUPREME App and input Moneyback App account. Click "Get verification code"

*The MoneyBack App account you are linked to must be registered with the same mobile phone number as SUPREME App account. If they are not the same, you can update the registered mobile phone number of MoneyBack App account, or create a new MoneyBack App account with the same mobile phone number as SUPREME App account.

Copy and input the Verification code once received the SMS. Click "Link Now"

1. Do I need to install SUPREME App to link up my MoneyBack App account, earn and use MoneyBack Points?
Yes, customers must install the SUPREME App.

2. Where can I download the SUPREME App?
You can search for it in the App Store, Google Play or HUAWEI AppGallery by typing "SUPREME App" in the search bar.

3. How to log in to the SUPREME App?
After opening the SUPREME App, click "Login", then click "Set up Password for First Login / Forget Password". Follow the instructions to enter the correct mobile phone number, registered HKID card number and date of birth, then click "OK" to set up your personal login password for the SUPREME App. Once the SUPREME App login password is successfully set up, you can log in with your mobile phone number and password.

4. Why do I fail to link the MoneyBack App account?
The MoneyBack App account you are linked to must be registered with the same mobile phone number as your SUPREME App account. If they are not the same, you can update the registered mobile phone number of your MoneyBack App account, or create a new MoneyBack App account with the same mobile phone number as your SUPREME App account.

5. Why does an error message appear when linking the MoneyBack App account?
Error message appear when the number of verification code requests are too frequent. Please press “Resend the verification code” after 15 minutes. If the number of requests has reached the daily limit, the account will be frozen. Please try again after 30 minutes. If you need assistance, please contact MoneyBack.

6. Can I link multiple MoneyBack accounts to the SUPREME App?
No, every SUPREME App account can only link to one MoneyBack account. Both accounts must be registered with the same mobile phone number.

7. If I’m not a member of MoneyBack, How can I register and link up MoneyBack App account?
You can click “MoneyBack” button in SUPREME App homepage, and then click “Register & Link Up MoneyBack Account” to complete MoneyBack App account registration. You will link up SUPREME App and MoneyBack App successfully after registration.

1. Why am I unable to link my MoneyBack App account?
The mobile phone number on your HSBC record must be the same as the MoneyBack App to link successfully. If they are not the same, you can update the registered mobile phone number of your MoneyBack App account, or create a new MoneyBack App account with the same mobile phone number as the one registered at HSBC.

2. How can I update my registered mobile number in my MoneyBack App?
Select “Account” from the bottom navigation bar, then choose “Settings” to edit your personal information.
