  1. The monthly fee for the "1-Card-2-Number" service will be billed and charged automatically immediately after the first 2-month service fee waiver period (subject to the then prevailing monthly fee for the "1-Card-2Number" service).
  2. 20 free minutes to Mainland China is only applicable to IDD prefix 1968 (by dialing 1968 + country code + area code + telephone number). If a customer uses "+", "Redial" or "001", the standard IDD 001 charges shall apply. IDD free minutes will be offered and calculated on the basis of the actual number of days for which the relevant subscriber subscribes for the "1-Card-2-Number"service, and thus the free IDD minutes offered to the subscriber for the first and last months of the subscription period for the "1-Card-2-Number"service shall be on a pro-rata basis. The unused or expired free minutes for each of the subscription months for the "1-Card-2-Number"service cannot be accumulated for use for the next month but will be cancelled accordingly upon the expiry of each subscription month. This 20 free minutes offer will be terminated simultaneously upon the termination of the "1-Card-2-Number" service.
  3. An additional charge of $0.5/min will be applied to all incoming calls to the secondary number of a customer when he or she is then located in Hong Kong or using the mobile network other than the China Unicom network in Mainland China or using the roaming service overseas.
  4. ew service charge is only applicable to customers who subscribe "1-Card-2-Number" after 13 Jun 2023.
