You can call our SUPREME Hotline 3166-8866 or contact your dedicated Personal Executive to check your Value-added Service e-Voucher balance.
Do I need to activate my Direct Carrier Billing service after my Value-added Service e-Voucher subscription?
Yes, you must activate your Direct Carrier Billing service before you make any purchase. The e-Voucher can not be offset any DCB spending before your Direct Carrier Billing activation.
Can I claim back the remaining balance of the Value-added Service e-Voucher?
No, the e-Voucher's credit only can be used within contract period. All unused VAS e-Voucher Credits as at the contract cut-off date will be forfeited automatically without notice or any compensation.
I have subscribed to the VAS monthly plan service, can I make purchase that exceeds my balance of Value-added Service e-Voucher?
Yes, you can pay the exceeded amount via your carrier bill. However, each Customer can subscribe to this Service once during the contract period.
How much rebate amount for Value-added Service e-Voucher can I receive each month?​
The monthly rebate amount is subject to the current monthly Purchase Limit (depending on the service accounts' status).
